At NGM Property Services, we believe every space has potential—even the unused area in the back of a garage.  In this recent project, we transformed an underutilized garage space into a bright, functional, and stylish multi-purpose room that includes a kids’ hangout area and a sleek new laundry room.  By incorporating smart design choices and modern finishes, we created a space that’s both practical and inviting.

The Vision

Our client wanted to maximize their home’s square footage by converting the extra space in their garage into a room that could serve multiple purposes. They envisioned a play area for their kids, complete with a TV, and a dedicated laundry room that felt integrated into the home rather than an afterthought. The goal was to create a bright, roomy, and organized space that the whole family could enjoy.
